Do you require a long-term contract?
No. All retainers are month-to-month. We have to earn your business every month — that's the model we're proud of.
What does "ad budget management" mean?
It's the maximum amount we'll actively manage in paid ad spend at no extra fee. Above that threshold, we add a small management percentage that's discussed up-front.
What if I need something in between tiers?
Most clients customize their plan. Book a free strategy call and we'll scope an engagement specifically to your goals and budget.
Are setup fees included?
For new accounts in paid media, there may be a one-time setup fee ($500-$1,500) for full restructure work. We discuss this transparently before signing.
Do you offer discounts for annual contracts?
We don't do annual contracts because we don't believe in locking in clients. We earn renewals through performance.
